Description of Services

Global Title Check provides public data lookup services for property title verification. Our services include:

• Property ownership verification
• Deed status checks
• Lien and encumbrance analysis
• Tax assessment information
• Official land registry record retrieval

Important: Our services provide access to publicly available land registry records. We do not provide legal advice, title insurance, or guarantee the accuracy of public records beyond what is available from official sources.

User Authorization

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• You have the legal authority to request information about the property
• You are using our services for legitimate purposes only
• You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

Electronic Report Delivery

All property title verification reports are delivered electronically via email. By using our services, you agree to:

• Receive reports in digital PDF format
• Provide a valid email address for delivery
• Understand that reports are not physical documents
• Accept that delivery times are estimates based on service tier selected

Delivery SLA: Reports are delivered within 6 hours (Basic), 3 hours (Standard), or 1 hour (Platinum) as specified in your selected service tier.

Public Data Lookup Services

Our services involve retrieving information from publicly available land registry databases. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All information provided is sourced from official public records
• We do not modify, alter, or create property records
• Public records may contain errors or be incomplete
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of underlying public data
• Report results are based on available official data at the time of query

Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are as follows:

• Basic Title Check: $29.99 - Delivery within 6 hours
• Standard Protection: $49.99 - Delivery within 3 hours
• Platinum Audit: $89.99 - Delivery within 1 hour

All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. Payment is required at the time of order. Payment processing is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal through Paddle's secure checkout.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
• Resell or redistribute our reports without authorization

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for errors or omissions in public record data
• We are not liable for decisions made based on report content
• We do not provide title insurance or legal guarantees

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or completeness of public record data
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Title Check, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, New York.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
